Calories Calculation

Calories Calculation

Daily average intake:

Average daily intake can be anywhere from 1,800-2,400kcals.

What is 1 kg of fat equal to calories?

There are 7,700kcals (kcal=calorie) worth of energy in 1kg of fat. That means in order to burn 1kg of fat, you must have a calorie deficit of 7,700.

1000 Calories Is Equal to How Many Kgs?

1000 calories are equal to 0.129598 kg. Hence, if you have a daily energy expenditure of 1000 calories daily, it will take you around eight days to burn off 1 kilogram of body fat.

Exercises:

Walking 300-400 calories per hour/150 calaries 30 minutes/25 calories in 5 minutes
Cycling 600 calories per hour/300 calories 30 minutes/50 calories in 5 minutes
Jump roping 1000+ calories per hour/500 calories 30 minutes/83 calories in 5 minutes
Running 600 calories per hour/300 calories 30 minutes/50 calories in 5 minutes
Swimming 600 calories per hour/300 calories 30 minutes/50 calories in 5 minutes

Basal metabolic rate (BMR)

The BMR refers to the amount of energy your body needs to maintain homeostasis. Your BMR is largely determined by your total lean mass, especially muscle mass, because lean mass requires a lot of energy to maintain. Anything that reduces lean mass will reduce your BMR.
Your BMR is the minimum number of calories that your body needs to function at rest. You may think you only need energy to exercise or complete tasks, but your body has a specific energy need just to complete basic functions like breathing and regulating your hormone levels.

Your BMR is what energy your body needs to perform basic functions, while RMR is the amount of calories that your body burns while at rest.

Food and calories:

Poha 180-250 calories
Upma 200 calories
Khichadi 655 calories
Rice 150-250 calories
sabji
1 glass milk
Fruits
Biscuts
1 Idli 33 calories
idli (2 pieces), sambar and chutney – 90 calories
Vada pav 290 calories
Burger 295 calories
Pizaa 266 calories
1 Pav 130 calories
Pav Bhaji gives 400 calories
1 slice of Bread 82 calories
A bowl of dry sabzi of bhindi, potatoes or cauliflower :150 calories
Aloo Parantha:210 calories
100 grams of curd contains about 100 calories

BMR calculation example

BMR 1,758 kcal/day
Exercise 3 Mets
Walking distance
4 km =2.5 mile
Calories burned
220 kcal
For 10,000 steps,
82 minutes per day
The METS values are provided by “The Compendium of Physical Activities 2011”.
Calorie(Kcal) = BMR x Mets / 24 x hour

Excess calorie (Average): calorie intake−calorie burned≒300kcal/day
Walking 10,000 steps a day will burn about 300 Kcal.

Buying a property – Property Inspection a Must !!!

Buying a house is one of the most important decision of life. You may be buying it for staying or for investment purpose. There are lots of new constructions going in and around your city. You may be looking for under construction property or ready possession or resale property. There are few things that remains common like finalizing the property, looking for loan, down payment etc.

Property can be of 2 types

  1. New
  2. Resale

In case of New property, once all the formalities are complete, you are ready to take the possession.

Wait!

Do you know what all things needs to be checked before taking possession of property?
Are you the right person to make a checklist and inspect the property?

You will get list of articles around this but there can be hidden issues or issue difficult to catch as you don’t have right equipment

You have bought a property spending lakhs of rupees and it’s time to verify all the commitment made by builder are met and you are getting defect free house. Now-a-days people are in hurry to take possession and start living there. However there are many examples of people getting cheated due to improper work/finishing or not getting what was mentioned by sales person.

In case of resale flat, property inspection plays very important role. If you are aware of quality of work, existing issues you are in position of taking right discussion and also helps you in negotiating on price.

This is the time we need some third party who will do full inspection for us and provide us detailed report. Recently while searching for this, I came across such company that does exactly same thing.

Company Name: Pashyanti Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Website : https://www.checkmyprop.com

What does this company do ?

It does Home Inspection.
A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale or rent of that home. Home inspections are usually conducted by a home inspector who has the training and certifications to perform such inspections.

What is the scope of Home Inspection?
The standard home inspector’s report will cover the condition of the home’s interior at the time of inspection such as electrical systems; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, bathroom fitting and structural components. Things that cannot be inspected without invasion are usually not be covered.

Summary:

You can check this for more details.

My Experience:

I was little concerned about list of things to check before taking possession of flat. Then I came across CheckmyProp team and there innovative idea of getting property checked…a third party perspective. It really helped me to thoroughly inspect the property and the report provided is very easy to understand.
They have different electronic devices that are used while inspection and makes inspection accurate and fast.
Another thing what happened after inspection was that, site engineer had take more time to rectify the issues found which they normally would have ignored.

What are Vitamins | List of Vitamins | Vitamin Guide

What are Vitamins?
1. Vitamins are organic compounds which are needed in small quantities to strengthen life.
2. They are vital nutrient required by living things.
3. We get vitamins from food, because the human body either does not produce enough of them, or does not produce at all.

Vitamins can be divided into 2 types:
Fat soluble vitamins

Fat-soluble vitamins are stored in the fat tissues of our bodies, as well as the liver. Fat-soluble vitamins are easier to store than water-soluble ones, and can stay in the body as reserves for days, some of them for months.

Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat-soluble.
Water Soluble vitamins

Water-soluble vitamins do not get stored in the body for long – they soon get expelled through urine. Water-soluble vitamins need to be replaced more often than fat-soluble ones.

Vitamins C and all the B vitamins are water-soluble
